Why we built CeramicSys
It started by watching a pottery studio owner spend her evenings chasing customers over text, updating a spreadsheet, and writing sticky notes for her staff, instead of doing what she actually loved.
We're a small team from Brisbane. Between us we have backgrounds in software development, design, and working directly with creative small businesses. We saw the same problem in studio after studio: the admin was eating the craft.
So we built CeramicSys, deliberately focused, without the bloat of generic business software. No modules you'll never use. No subscriptions for things that should just work. Just a clean tool that fits how a pottery studio actually runs.
